The HEDD Type 30 is the company's flagship 3-way active studio monitor, supplying no-compromise monitoring in mid- to large-sized recording and mastering studios. The Type 30 MK2 boasts an innovative 3-way design, with a dual, horizontally arranged 7-inch woofers, plus a dedicated 4-inch midrange driver and HEDD's high-definition AMT tweeter. SHARC-powered DSP delivers ruler-flat phase alignment, supplying you with incredible depth and a spacious stereo image. What's more, HEDD's CoP technology allows you to run the Type 30 MK2 in either closed- or open-port mode for either maximum low-end accuracy or maximum low-end response. You also get three Desk Filter options and two Shelving Filter options to tailor the monitor to your room, plus an Extend mode for deeper low-frequency extension. Finally, high-end, stepped aluminum potentiometers give the Type 30 MK2 a classy, luxurious feel.
