STL Pro Audio is a pro audio e-commerce store owned and operated by Sounds Too Loud Audio Limited, all invoices and billing will be from Sounds Too Loud Audio Limited.
Prices
• All Prices are in New Zealand Dollars
Shipping
• Targeted delivery is overnight (working days) via CourierPost & Post Haste for normal sized items and Castle Parcels for freight nationwide in NZ. Larger items or rural delivery addresses may take 2-3 working days.
Purchasing
• Please choose wisely because we don't offer refunds or returns on purchases for change of mind. Please make sure you research the product, understand what you are buying, and that the product is designed for your use.
Warranties
• Every product ships with a full 12 month manufacturer warranty.
Deliveries
• We strongly encourage providing a work address to guarantee a successful delivery. Alternatively, please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be during work hours.
• Once the item has been delivered and/or signed, it is no longer in our possession, and therefore your responsibility.
Returns
• In the unlikely event your goods are faulty, or it develops a fault please contact us to arrange a return. We will assess the fault and either repair or send you a new product.
Restocking
• In the event the item is given a special approval for a return we have a 15% restocking fee and your remaining balance is given as store credit. We do not offer refunds on any returns.
